Review Of Hotel Lemon Royal

I am very busy customer of you ,but at present my stays are not good. I want to quit Mmt on my mobile app. Sorry.

Rooms are well organised and hygienic. But disappointed with the bathroom. Food quality is excellent. Staffs are well mannered. Room service response is at par with any star category hotels. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I must say location wise it’s good , but cleanly ness was missing, hot water was not available, bathroom condition was horrible. Broken bath tub, slippery floors and bath mats, toiletries were missing.

Location of the hotel is good, highway side. Food quality is ok. Room size is ok. But some portion of wall is damped. Washroom is neat and clean. In our room the bathtub was in damaged condition. A large glass window is present in every room to get a clear outer view. Overall experience is good.

Poorly maintained hotel, seepage's to n room and washrooms, smelly rooms. Bad breakfast stray animals inside the hotel. A group of dogs almost chased me while walking inside hotel compund cows also roaming inside compund

In terms of services the people are very rude and not at all cooperative. It was a nightmare in terms of cleanliness. Washroom are very dirty. In certain room they've give bathtub and no other space to take shower. The bathtub there was really pathetic and very dirty. Mattress were stained and have a weird oder. Coming to food it is very pricey as per the taste. My overall experience was ruined. Will never recommend anyone for that hotel.

Zero maintenance. Room was full of mold. Untrained staff, lethargic.

They did generously offer to change my room, but it was a lateral move – from one disaster to a slightly less disastrous one. Dead cockroaches and insects make for the perfect company, giving the hotel that extra "natural habitat" vibe. And don’t get me started on the bathtub—it’s there for show, broken, and a reminder of better days (for the tub, that is). The food? Exquisite, if you enjoy stale chicken and being served breakfast an hour late. Who needs tea on time when you can revel in the anticipation? Oh, and when you order eggs, be patient—they’ll be back in a bit, just after a quick run to the store. In summary, Lemon Royal is a true gem—for those looking to experience what not to look for in a hotel. Highly recommended if you enjoy suffering in style!"

Had seen a high review and booked this hotel. The room was in first floor and no lift available. Had to carry my luggage all the way. Phone in room not working. Room stinking. Very poor service by staff. Day 2, we are made to wait for the breakfast till 0840 hrs. Delay by nearly an hour. Would never recommend to anyone not stay here again.

Room was not hygiene at all. We were not aware of breakfast timing nor we are informed. When we ask same from our end at 10:30am, hotel staff said our last timing was 10:00 am only, after insisting lot they just bring a bread baked on tawa carry with some sauce & butter. Later we returned back total food & done the checkout. Staff behaviour was not correct. Need lots of improvement. Not suggested more to anyone. Worst property i ever visited.

Rooms are not clean. Filthy bed sheets and pillows are stained. Tv is not functional and is kept as a show piece. Hot water is not available round the clock. Even in the morning hot water is not hot enough.

The room was decent. The bathroom was clean. (no bathtub was present though claimed) 12 times powercut each for more than half an hour and straight 2 hours powercut at night everyday. No geyser available or, at least hot water should be coming from one tap in the bathroom, as it is a cold place and people need to bathe in hot water. The intercom was not working. So every time i had to call the reception from my own phone. Everything on the tv was buffering for 5 min after playing for 2 min. I don't know what kind of generator they are using which was not able to back up power, and was making noise throughout the day and night for the whole three days we stayed there. Food was tasty, but expensive. The number that is provided on makemytrip is wrong. Overall experience, okay. Because everything was compensated by the weather. (again, not an achievement of the hotel)
