The hotel has an excellent location and clean rooms but the service is just awful. There was no phone in the room, so each time one needs to order room service, even for water or coffee, one needs to go down to the restaurant. There's no trained housekeeping staff either. We were also charged for the water bottles that are to be provided complimentary with the room booking.

Beautiful lakeside hotel with awesome view. Friendly cooperative staff with standard food. They actually allowed us to stay 2hrs extra after checkout since we went to Dongargarh maa bambleshwari temple in the morning. Arranged a spacious car for a reasonable rate. Nice stay overall. Would recommend.

Great service, very friendly and always willing to please. Great food for the small setting. Again the chef was willing to make changes and cook different foods.
Nice size, good large beds, good to have the mini fridge and the tea set-up. WiFi was terrible and needed some sort of window for proper ventilation.

This was a budget hotel. But I still did not expect ants all over the bathroom and mosquitoes to be biting me all night. The phone did not work, and they did not serve breakfast when promised. The only nice thing I can say was that the chicken in the restaurant was quite good.
There were ants crawling all over the bathroom and mosquitoes flying around the bedroom. Also, the beds were uncomfortable.
