Review Of Hotel KRA

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel KRA. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport. The food quality was good, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Arrogant attitude of staff who behaves to customers like an unwanted guest who bookef online. For online booking they give low quality old rooms made in last century. Check out time for normal booking 24 hrs. but for online booking its from 12pm to 11 am. I request makemytrip to delete these type of hotels from their list.

Centrally located budget friendly hotel having ample car parking. All are walkable/nearby distances places for food and shopping.

Poor maintenance. Lavatories were not cleaned properly. No hygiene. At this cost we expect some of the groceries like soap, shampoo and shaving kits. But all were not provided. Even door mats were not proper.

Location was excellent food was not available, nearby food was average amenities were decent services were average

The property has no running restaurant but other then that it is good. Hospital staffs are polite and they will help you out in any way possible.

Property decent. Parking available, room decent. Close to temple. Toilets need some attention with regards to fitting

Based in the middle of city, all the view points are at the walking distance. Friendly and supportive staff.

Hotel in prime location. We faced that the service from front desk to till end of stay is not good, a lot to improve.

Pest control needs to be done at hotel rooms. The staff was cooperative and friendly. Hotels must open their restaurant at latest for breakfast and tea.

This is the 3rd time we are visiting this property. Hotel staff has not maintained ac in rooms properly. Because we have changed the room 3 times due to ac issues only. Except that all is good.

Spacious rooms. Hotel situated at prominent location. Well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Satisfactory service.

We are happy to stay for 1 day and all very good to stay. Beds are good. Services are good. Atmosphere also good. Over all good.
