Electric socket is damaged, not charging socket work in my room, average hotel , nice location for mandir puja darshan etc

Very good location and neat and clean hotel. Shops are close by. Good lift service. The hotel also arranged for Puja panda

Arrived late night. Staff were not as cooperative. They took much time get our vehicle parked. Overall okay

Room condition was not good. Bed(mattress) was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on floor. Blanket was very dirty. When we complained about the blanket with housekeeping staff, he gave us bedsheet to cover one side of the blanket. Washroom was full of cobwebs. Mirror over the washbasin in washroom was so low that one has to bend to look at it and it was difficult to look at the mirror while shaving, you have to bend a lot to shave. Overall room condition was poor.

Staff service was not cooperative, they don't have in house kitchen, and not good for the people who has child or toddler as they don't provide the necessary things. Amenities was not so good but somehow it was manageable.

Other than location, no plus point is there for this hotel. Please check basic facilities before you enlist any such hotel

Hotel location is very good, main road infront of tower chowk, staff behaviour are good, cleaning is good, room size is good.

The hotel is next to the clock tower. Clean room and washroom. Hotel staff cooperative. Worth of money.
