Review Of Hotel Jp Palace

Rooms are not cleaned and the washroom also has a smell. Ac is having huge noise and bed is not comfortable Poor condition

Rooms are not clean and also main purpose to stay at this hotel was WI-FI for working however WIFi for laptops doesn’t work here. Waste of money.

One of the best stay in Gonda, I usually Visit Gonda because of my work but the stay quality what i felt in JP palace is next level. The standard of the stay and the taste of the food is very good. Highly recommend if you want peacefull stay

The hotel is nice and clean and the attendent is also nice n good behaviour. I would love to stay again at jp palace, gonda.

Food - good location -ok however facility is poorly maintained, cleanliness is poor

The room ac was not working and no one is listening for the maintenance till 11:45pm midnight and after-long discussion they agree to change the room

Very bad at all no hygiene no service

Terrible stay, they had allotted a room rear side of the restaurant in the basement. Rooms are small, not well maintained. Bathroom tap lever is broken, water was not coming in commode. I had complaint several times, the did not fixed. Rooms are smelly like rotten fish.

The hotel is located in the heart of gonda which is a very rural area and no good hotels and restaurants are nearby and we booked the hotel for rs per night and the rooms are also quite old building maintenance was not well done. Only the restaurant is good which is on the ground floor of the building. Overall i would say it is a bit overpriced comparing to the infrastructure and the facility provided.

The room was unhygienic, no toiletries in the washroom. Paints were coming to bed. The bathroom was also dirty. Tarrif is very high and complete waste of money. Pathetic experience

Over priced property and no breakfast included in tarrif neither any option was there to add.

Room was smelling badly. Basic amenities like all out towels were not available staff was non cooperative at all. They were very irresponsible as well as not ready to answer any query
