tea and food was not good AC was not working properly Don't hire any auto/taxi through hotel servic tea and food was not good

Excellent stay The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were plush. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions.

great experience with hotel Jai Maa palace and hotel is very nearby railway station and bus stand and near by metro station so all is well .

hotel location is good and room is very neet and clean and roof top restaurant is so nice .

room was nice for the price, it was neat and clean at the time of check in and location is easy to access near sindhi camp(bus stop) but the food there was disappointing and the water supply in bathroom was irregular we couldn't got hot water , even flush was not working.

The hotel experience was somewhat average. The room was okay, not particularly good or bad. However, there were some issues such as the roomboy asking for money and the air conditioning being noisy, which could detract from the overall experience

Pros: hotel staff is very understanding and food was tasty. Cons: have to workout on cleanliness of property (via planting, washroom cleaning)

Though the room was nice and staff was helpful, room was little bit in shabby condition. Apart from one two food items, the rest were unavailable because chef was on holiday. The facilities like lightening were not up to the mark.
