Very good staff , food is good but not worthy facilities are better, some demerits points are early check in is not allowed. cleanliness can be improved.

Lack of cleaning starting from reception area sofas, room beddings and restaurant tables. Broken door handles, Washrooms not maintained..Taps leaking. Breakfast not served as per timelines. Had to wait for 15 mins as there was no one at the reception desk for checkout.

Nice experience in prime location with affordable price

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The bathroom was in a terrible state – the stingy smell was unbearable, and there were visible water stains in the toilet, showing it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Shockingly, no handwash was provided, which is a basic hygiene necessity that every hotel should offer. The room conditions were equally unacceptable. It was swarming with mosquitoes – literally thousands. I was bitten all night and couldn’t sleep at all. There was no mosquito repellent or any preventive measures taken by the hotel. The room smelled musty and stale, with no air freshener provided. The ceiling fan wasn’t working, making the room extremely hot and stuffy. For a booking that clearly mentioned three people, the hotel failed to provide a clean blanket for the third person. Instead, they threw an old, used blanket on the bed, which was highly unhygienic. Most concerning of all, my father had to spend the night in such poor conditions, and he’s already unwell – he is currently in the hospital after suffering all night due to mosquito bites and unhygienic bedding. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic care and hospitality. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they take serious steps to improve hygiene, comfort, and guest safety.
