It's a comfortable stay and staff with good behaviour

It was the worst hotel stays I've ever had in my life. The food was more oil than food and was very unhygienic, the service was even worse we weren't even provided towels. Although they apologize at the end that's why I've given 2 rating and not 1.

Best place to stay in barot. Barot valley is famous for its beauty. The hotel located near the dam. Also you can get view of entire barot from the hotel balcony. We have stayed in room no. 202. It's balcony have amazing view. Imagine waking up in the morning & saw beautiful views of barot valley with the voice of water flow. Talking about the owner of hotel mr pawan sir is very helpful they treat you like a family member. The peoples of the barot are very helpful. The staffs are very polite and active. One of the best hotel in barot. The design quality and cleanliness of the hotel rooms are very good. Cook is also very good. Seems customer satisfaction is their first priority. The food prepared in the hotel was very good, it seemed as if it was prepared at home. According to me if any friend wants to go there with his family then he should stay in hotel hidden heaven.
