Review Of Hotel Greenland Palace

Location is good especially its near to the airport. The weather was really cold and chilly that made sleeping difficult so i request for a heater but it was not fulfilled. The lift was not made available even though it was working. As it was winter season the rate for an air con room should not be applicable

Average room service. You have to improve it.

Try sleeping on railway station, rather than this hotel! this is just a mess and scam, they fooled us by switching off my ac many a times. Also they were complaining of lower wages shared by the company to them. Really shameful. Terrible experience ever.

They made by journey terrible by turning off the ac (air conditioner) several times and asking extra money and making complaints about the company that they tied up with. If have rating for it, i won't rate it even zero. Also the washroom was very untidy and smells really bad. I would like to thank some staffs who were good to me. Me being in a foreign land and facing these many issues gave me real shock. I almost checked in at many hotels in India but trust me, it was the worst. I will never check in again here. So untidy so unprofessional so dishonest so messy worst experience here. Rate it less than zero. They also cancel-led my modified trip without asking me.

Staff is supportive and madam of there

The stay was good. The room was clean and nice to stay in. We did not have any food from the Hotel. It was a safe Hotel. The staff was also very helpful.

Staff were friendly, cooperative. Room was fine but washroom was dirty. Washroom shall be maintained.

The Hotel was good, the rooms were clean but the wifi doesn't work in a proper manner. So it should be taken care of by the owner or the manager.

Everything was good. Except the problem of electricity. The stay was wonderful.
