Review Of Hotel grant deluxe

My stay was very much comfortable. Room was spacious, tidy and clean. Staff are very nice and cooperative.

Food is not available in hotel

As i am on my way to mussoorie, i planned to stay at meerut and booked this hotel. I would like to mention some points regarding my stay: 1. The location of the property is not easily accessible and the connecting road is so narrow that our car was stuck for half an hour. 2. The toilets was not so dirty and the room given was not spacious as shown in the photos. 3. Staff behaviour was terrible during check in and they didn't have enough space for parking. So in my opinion it is not worth it to book this hotel especially when you are traveling with kids and family.

Very bad experience with staff. And staff is abusing to my family and i didn't seen the room also.

No drinking water bottle. Poor food worst service, worst room. Toilettel have no shop and sampoo. Xxcx

Pathetic hotel very old infrastructure. In the name of complementary break fast they have restricted themselves with only one item. The room rent should be max. 800-900 but they are overpriced. And don't understand why have you tagged it as assured hotel.

The room is not good and there are no facilities for a super deluxe room and all the rooms look the same but they charged different. Hotel service is also not good.

Service is not good no menu card available in room. Food quality was not good. Electric switch was also not appropriate

Hotel room and service is average. Tv remote is not working. Bedsheet and pillow cover are not upto the mark. Ro water is not provided. Table and chair are not of good quality.

Very bad. Very bad service

The stay was not that appreciable. Breakfast was served only after 0830 hrs. Earlier breakfast was not possible. Initially was kept at room 202 where wifi connection was not present. Later on complaint shifted to room 110 after paying rs 300 per day extra. Here too the ac and hot water supply was deliberately kept off and had to every-time request to switch on. Overall stay was very poor standard of living.

Specially hygienic room and very good breakfast in budget.

It was nice, air conditioning is centralised.
