Review Of Hotel Golden Orchid

Good location near Naharlagun station, in around 15-20 mins by cab and 1 hr from Itanagar airport. Decent spacious room and bathroom; did not find any issue with cleanliness. Service was also good and timely, courteous.

Best hotel, great amenities, very supportive staff

Had an excellent stay. They have renovated the rooms recently. I started in a double ac room. Didn't face the power cuts like the last time. They can take care of the pricing of the food. Rest all good.

It was a corporate booking. The room is spacious. They provide the basic necessary toiletteries. Linen was clean. The ac was functional. Saw a geyser in the bathroom. Though, didn't get the opportunity to use that.

Room was not as good as it should have been. Bathroom window did not had any glass. Food should have been better.

They could have clean room and cloths more

Electricity power outrage happens often but there is lag in restarting of the backup. Foods quality is average. Prices are comparatively ab-it higher.

The room is a suit for namesake. Very pathetic, very old. No maintenance at all. There are better options at these prices.

Nice hotel, great hospitality, good food, i recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stay was overall okay good staff behaviour good food and nice clean rooms but had issues but mosquito and there was no power backup so went power went out there was no other option than to wait for it to come back.

It was good but need to work on cleenyness

We made the booking in the hope that it might be just an okay place to spend a night and that means a comfortable bed, hot water for the shower and a functional western toilet. Apart from the bed which was fine. The other two basics were not ticked. And if the hotel can't provide a working geyser and a toilet that flushes should i even go about explaining anything else? so, all in all, if you have no other place to stay in naharlagun and you have an early morning train to catch like we did, just live through this experience in desperation.

Room is not very clean, the washroom bed covers are also not very clean, not satisfy with this price range.

No wifi no elevator

It was a very very bad and poor experience in my life unhygienic hotel, room door lock was not working properly bathroom was unclean bathroom door also not working and they provide wet towel full of bad smells and staff management was very poor. According to price very poor.
