Review Of Hotel Global

Tv dish connection was inactive. After multiple requests it was not recharged! bathroom was not clean. Bed sheet pillow was not proper. Surprisingly at the time of checkout i had requested for hotel bill but disappointed again as hotel bill also not given. The hotel manager straight away denied n said that it can not be given.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come

No staff at night to support any queries. There is no facility of hot water in the hotel. Bedsheets were dirty. In the morning i had to carry my luggage and open gate myself as staff was sleeping till 9am. No phone pickup by any staff. Terrible experience.
