Very unfortunate stay at panvel
I have to pick the train on may 3 from panvel, i stayed for 18 hours at this property due to misfortune of the day. When i checked this hotel i found the room in very worst condition, every thing is out of control including bed mattress, pillow cover bed sheet, bathroom, water supply etc. Specially i mention behavior of hotel manager. As they are knocking for room checkout around 10 am four five time. I never suggest to anybody don't book this property. It is my worst experience of life

Staff hygiene
Staff need to use mask while interaction with customer. Room geyser was not working which again leads to compromising in hygiene because then water was supplied from different room

Not of MMT assured services
Hotel room was okay but no single privacy. Outside voice clearly disturbed us. We were to speak with no voice as there was no sound poof room.

Pathetic everything
Hotelier said there is no electricity on 1st floor so adjust for 2 to 3 hrs on ground level we will change in evening but they refuse afterward, then TV they don't have connection of DTH for that room, AC also making so much noise so not able sleep properly, also there was short circuit in middle of the night in my room. Location was wrong on MMT app for the same hotel.

Terrible room
We checked at night, we had difficulty in finding the hotel as the approach road work was going on. The room was small but that was not an issue. Issues were the inside of the room, big cracks on wall, cob web in bathroom, fully worn out wall tiles, cracked floor tiles, ladies hair on the room floor, very hard pillows, TV was not functioning but we didn't complain as we were mostly out and was only in room just for our sleep. As MMT assured good room, this was a big surprise.

Terrible stay. Not recommendable at all
I don't know why this property is MMT assured. Rooms are dirty. All wooden furniture are full of termites. There was another guest with me in that room, bugs, a lot of bugs. I was just thinking how to spend 1 full night in this kind of frustrating place. Not recommendable at all. When I was taking bath and touched the tap, it gave me electric shock. I took a dry towel to control the tap afterwards. I just want to forget that night.
