Review Of Hotel Gayatri Inn Annex

No food facility in hotel. Even you can not have tea.
Not very good. One can not prefer to stay again to this hotel. But staff was very supportive.

It's wrong choice of my booking.

If anything is colder than their provided breakfast it would be the response of staff and manager. Good things would be early check in and greenery around with a pond for ducks. Also the location of actual hotel is different from what they give on website so that is big issue.

Negatives: First of all they accommodate us in another hotel instead of what we have booked. The reason told by them was that those rooms were given to some wedding parties. We moved to another hotel at our cost (the hotel seems to be their own branch). Even though TV is provided no service/channels were available. They have taken no steps to fix it. Not recommended to those who are new to the city as it is far away from the railway station. Positives: hotel which we stayed was ok(but not to our expectation)

The hotel is a complete apartment, with simple living. For those travelling extensively and missing the homely feeling, and not always wanting the aura of large hotels, grand views - this concept of service apartment cum hotel is very good. No show, pure living. The breakfast is simple, the staff is courteous. Being a bit inside there is no traffic or disturbance as found in packed areas of Nagpur. Early Check-in - 10 am is an advantage. The hotel is between Airport and Hingna MIDC - for business travelers it is a good place to stay without getting into city traffic.

This hotel is located at very silent environment. Location is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Canteen is not there at hotel but we can order from room. Free wi fi available. Service is promt and good.

- Clean room - Allowed for an early check-in - Simple breakfast (Tea, Idli, Uttapam, Upma, etc) - No market nearby as it seems to be a newly developed area - It's a service apartment so do not expect a room service

Very nice stay at hotel gayatri inn annex neat and clean rooms, staff are very o operative, daily cleaning of room daily changing of bedsheets pillow Bath towels, value + hotel amenities given by hotel, soaps shampoo toothpaste brush comb hair oil all are given really very luxurious stay here. Nice food quality also.

Room is clean. Location wise it's well connected. But lunch and diner facilities not available so you have to approx 45 mins after giving order. KFC is very near to the hotel. All other facilities are available.

My experience with the hotel was bad. I reached late night and nobody has information about booking. It took us a lot of time to locate the hotel. No breakfast provided at hotel. No staff to cook breakfast from ala carte. No hot water in bathroom. Very less facilities as compared to tarrif charged. Overall a very bad experience.

I had booked in Hotel Gayatri Inn Annex (HGIA) but when I reached there I was told that hotels are full then I will be given a room in their other branch ie Shree Gayatri Inn (SGI) which is in IT Park Road. I felt Shree Gayatri Inn is a better deal as you get at least few hotels, medical shop and kirana shops to buy what you like. When I reached first HGIA the guy was very arrogant, rude and not bothered to give reply in proper way. He said I will book ola please go in that and we had to bear the charges in spite their mistake not giving the accommodation. We had to spend Rs. 70/-. Spending 70 is not a big deal but the way the guy responded was pathetic. Upon reaching SGI, we complained about the guy who acted weird in their other branch. Initially he was not ready to accept upon several arguments he accepted and asked apologies. Then he offered me to give complimentary breakfast for which I denied no thanks it was not included and I don't need and good if you accept and correct your mistakes. Coming to room, room is pretty good for business travellers like me. It is located in mid between city and airport. Area around the location is peaceful and you get Kichadi restaurant, Baba Ram hotel etc. Safe bet is Khadiwala hotel. You get complimentary WiFi which has good speed. I didn't have any problem in connecting to server or while make skype call. So, I would rate 4/5. I would say solo or family travelers can try this place.

OK satisfied. It's difficult to trace out the address by OLA cabs, must be advertised locally. It seems direction boards must be placed at proper place. Rooms are well maintained. The response by attendant is well.

Nice rooms and very supportive staff members, location wise it's inside a colony so little difficult to find but this makes it a peaceful place to stay in, good place at this cost. They don't have their own restaurant so you have to find a nearby restaurant or they arrange on order. Nice place if you have your own vehicle.

Nice Hotel just away from the city. Service quality is nice. Difficult to find the hotel but can be found with google map. Hotel is maintained very clean and staff is good. Food is brought from outside will take 15-20 minutes time. I suggest to stay in the hotel.

This is worst experience to stay at any hotel. First of all they have strange rule that is couple rule: I travelled with my sister from Bangalore for some official purpose. But after reaching hotel they have not allowed us to stay as we were of opposite sex. Staff was so rude, unfriendly, mannerless telling all types rubbish. They need id proof to prove him she is my sister. Oh god that was not a hotel it was a boys hostel. Even boys hostel is better than that at least they respect female. And after so called manager of that hotel made us wait for 15 min just to come out of his room where he is relaxing to just to give us checkin. No politeness nothing. There was not a rating option to give or else I would have given that.

It's good to stay at this clean and pleasant hotel. Ambience is good. Worth for money. The location is not so convenient but considering the facilities I can't make any adverse remark on the same. Stay was nice. Room Service was also prompt. Staff is friendly.
