Aapki concerns hum samajhte hain, lekin kuch points clear karna chaahenge: Mineral Water: Hum RO purified mineral quality water provide karte hain. Agar guest specifically sealed mineral water bottle demand karta hai, to hum paid basis par provide kar dete hain. Aapne sealed water ki demand ki, jise humne clearly explain kiya tha. Geyser & Room Facilities: Room allotment ke time sab basic amenities check ki jaati hain. Agar aapne hume call karke issue bataya hota, to hum immediately room change ya geyser service arrange kar dete. Pictures & MMT Standards: Hum MMT par jo photos listed hain, woh actual property ki real images hain. Agar aapko koi mismatch feel hua, to hume batane par hum alternative room dikha dete. Staff Behaviour: Hum staff training aur service par kaafi focus karte hain. Phir bhi agar koi miscommunication hua ho toh hum sorry bolte hain. Hum hamesha try karte hain ki guest ko smooth & comfortable stay mile. Aap next visit me hume chance dein, hum zarur aapka feedback improve karke better experience denge.
