FOUR LEAF HOTELS KASGANJ

Good but food quality and preparing system is not good they are asked to guest wheen he entered in restaurant ideally buffet is there if not then asked in advance to the customer so that time would saved for everyone

The Four leaf hotel is very good. I stayed here 2 times. The hotel staff is very polite and they have good manners as a service provider.

The room and location was good of hotel but their service was pathetic....even they were not able to provide drinking water in the morning.. called at reception 4to 5 times and waited for an hour for that, asked for tea and soup ,soup was pathetic and waited for 1 hour for that too... at check out time also called them for that and asked them to send some one to pick up luggage, that also took 30 minutes. In washroom shower wasn't working and the bathroom drain was clogged. TV wasn't working properly, even after complaint 2-3 times, it didn't get resolved.

Good experience overall ......... Will visit again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paint on walls popping out. Drain blockage in shower. AC control not responding to setting changes, terribly cold even at 28c

Please improve your bathroom drainage system,towels and bed sheets quality are also very poor for better experience improve all that things

nice location closeby to bus stand and railway station. Breakfast is good with buffet system overall just bit expensive as compared to kasganj city still good choice

Hotel was okay and satisfactory. But stay could have been better provided parking and bathroom are maintained and well attended.

Not hygienic and no trained staff no proper response from housekeeping and front desk mosquito was in room

Property is so expensive but there is no services for whatever we paid. Food quality is below average also bathroom space is very small

Prime location, and popular in the city so very easy to find. Well behaved and cooperative staff with quick assistance. As per the city the hotel has 5* type of rooms and other facilities.

The stay was wonderful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a one day booking and the overall experience was wonderful.
