Everything was good. We got all the basic things in the room when we entered( Water bottle, bathroom stuffs etc). If one complain i have, it will be the Air cooler. The Air Conditioner wasn't really the best and we did have a moment where the Air conditioner in our room wasn't even giving out cool air like how it should. But yea other than that, everything was good and staffs also were very friendly.

The location, food and services are good and the rooms are great but it needs a renovation. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is a must.

Property is in very accessible place,lots of markets and shops. Food is Average. Amenities and Services are good

i already received a torn bedsheet but i didn't think it a big deal, now after I check out and left they claiming I torn it and asking money..... should have awareness before giving things to customer... till now had good stays, dissapointed this time

Helpful Staff, Clean and Comfortable Roomsl, Accessible Rooms... The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and charming...and my night's sleep was very sound and comfortable. The location was excellent. The food was not to taste. TV operation/ remote problem wasv encountered. Room services were fine. The complaint was attended promptly. Missed compliment breakfast due to late preparation.

If you’re travelling by train this hotel is the best location and the staff are so friendly hospitable and polite. The food serve in hotel was really good and specially the tomato chutney was unforgettable .

The property was good from outside but the inside is horrible. The property is in dire need of renovation. I was told by the staff that renovation is ongoing but could not see any signs of ongoing repairs. I stayed there during the winter so can’t comment on the condition of the ac. They included a complementary breakfast which was ok.

It was decent however limited ventilation in the room could be a problem for people, staying especially for more than a day. . Everything has to be manually asked for, housekeeping to towels. Staff was polite.

Ac room. Clean bead. The washroom is clean and okay, could be better. No separate sleeper to use in the washroom was provided. No doormat was provided. That caused the room to get dirty quickly. Towel was not provided. Electric switch board is not near to the bed, which is not convenient. No google map pin found, eventually found the hotel. Request you to add a proper google maps pin and make sure it appears in google maps search.

Rooms are neat n clean but the property is under construction and the lift is not working. And my room was in 3rd floor and moreover the food service need to improve more. Rest is ok.

The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely hotel and staff.

I had a terrible experience because the hotel was in renovation. I was given a room with slanted beds on one side. After requesting they were kind enough to change my room. The acs are there for namesake and hardly kept the rooms cool.
