Review Of Hotel Duwaraka

No big road to Hotel only auto allowed, van not allowed we walk long with luggage to reach Hotel

Rooms were okay but the bathroom was not good. Bedsheets were torn and I had to ask for everything like AC blankets, soap and bathroom door mats. The owner is good and helpful but the charges are high. This property doesn't deserve such high prices. This property is overrated.

We are staying at swimming pool, in the mid night entire both two room full of water came in , Due to motor not switched off, there is no prober mate , ver very worst room, I paid , Can you just refund money. .

Our single-day stay was marred by a litany of issues: pervasive pest infestation (lizards and cockroaches), malfunctioning electricals (blinking bulbs), ineffective air conditioning, and a general lack of cleanliness. The bedsheets were soiled, the room emitted an unpleasant odor, and the wardrobe was visibly dirty. The bathroom proved cramped and poorly designed

Worst hotel don't stay in that place.They will not clean the room properly. Water not available for bathing and house keeping was terrible 🤢

location is ok. washroom & room is clean. just hospitality is slow. don't expect much but overall it's ok.

The stay was good and the property is very near to west gate of the temple. Nearby, Many hotels are there.

The only good thing about this property is its location as it is near to the temple. Other than that everything needs improvement. The reception people won't listen to your request. They won't provide the basic amenities and keep on giving useless reasons. Definitely not recommended.

Normal stay, it was ok, i was with my family, they allowed early check-in but asked same time to check out and charged 500 for 2 hours, overall normal, allowed to add 1 person as last moment my sister also asked to join us. So u can opt for it. Thank you for easy smooth check in and stay.

There is a geyser in the room but it is non-functional. No drinking water urregement. Every time you have to go to ground floor. But the water quality is bad. No proper house keeping.

Bedsheets were not clean and hot water not provided until we call and inform reception each time, very small rooms, we booked for 5 people and beds were provided only for 4 people. Overall not upto the mark.

Dwarika hotel is located in a very good place, near to the main temple & many restaurants nearby. But hotel services are not upto the mark. I was there for 3 days, not a single day room service cleaned room, end up cleaning myself. Double bed room was quite small & toilet was very much dirty. This hotel is good to stay for 1 or 2 days. Front desk manager was helpful.

It was a pleasant visit to hotel duwarka. I took non ac room due to unavailability. Service is very good, people are very supportive. Note: just not recommended for old age as they don't have lift.

The issue what i faced was about geyser. Switch of the geyser had issue so we didn't get hot water. It could not be repaired on time hence the facility was useless. The disheartening part was even though i informed my arrival to hotel well in advance and request for check for any issues, still issue was found. Hotel could have avoided it by checking room and it's equipments functioning beforehand after my call/request. Room was at second floor. Lift could have been better for senior member. Rest was ok.
