The rooms are quite good with all the amenities. TV was small.Clean toilet with 24*7 hot water. Food was good along with breakfast. The staffs are well mannered. So over all it's a good experience. Stay was nice. Staffs are cooperative and food was excellent. Only downside is the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest left. I also request to repair the bath room door since such small things shouldn’t ruin such a good property

Dear Team, Greetings of the day.. As discussed the current booking with Hotel Dayal Residency is unpleasant as the said amenities are not there. There is no toiletries, washrooms are un hygienic. Air conditioner is not working properly. No sleeper, no hair dryer ,no bathtub ,no sleepers,no dental kit. AC is not working.

Hotel was ok ok on an average. but the appliances were looking dirty. The behaviour of Hotel Manager was too bad and unprofessional. That person called me after 10:30 at night for food bill payment. He could have sent the bill along with the food which came to me around 9:00-9:30 pm. I clearly informed him that I will pay bill during check out and mentioned time between 7:30 - 08:00. How ever next day Morning when I reached reception at 07:55 am he given me a bill where the amounts were invisible may be due to printing issue. I specified him that I won't be able to claim money from my organisation with this in appropriate bill. Then he asked me to wait 2 mins and then 25 min I waited. Still he did not able to provide a clear proper bill and when I started opposing that I am getting late for work and why he has not made the bill ready from yesterday he became rude.

I have not checked in to the hotel because there was a demise in my family, hotel didnot cooperate not even issued partial refund. Disheartened with service

Everything is great but for the lack of persons in reception which is informed to them. The vegetarian starter are also good
