bathroom door lock was brocken, shower tap was not there, poor air ventilation, too much mosquitos, tea and breakfast was not good.

Not a single amenity, mentioned in your app, is available in hotel. Please send your representative to check those amenities and make necessary corrections to avoid misguiding your valuable travellers. I will suggest that such hotels should not be made available for booking on your trusted app.

Dear sir, Our official check-in time is 12.00 noon and i nicely remember that u called me up in the morning at 4.00 am and i answered your call and provided you early check-in at 7.00 am. wat more services do u expect from a hotelier. u stayed with us in room no 207 which is a good room and properly cleaned which have already checked with my staff. sir we dont allow unmarried couples and thats why we didnt allowed you for the same and that is the only reason i think made u give us such abad review. so its my sincere request that whenever you book any hotel plz look for the rules and regulations of the property u book.

Thanks a lot sir for taking your precious time to review our property. i checked your booking meal plan which was EP plan booking and the bill you paid us 80- rs for 4 bisleri bottles. i would like to inform you that if you book any hotel whose Meal plan is EP plan then nothing is complimentary. and if you book in CP plan the bisleri tea and breakfast everything is complimentary. at our property RO water is complimentary. also suggestions welcomed plz let us know where to improve we will be glad to serve you again. thanks.

They allow me temporary room when i check-in very early at 8:30 am. But other than this, no take away. The room was congested not clean. I guessed best hotel is pal-ash inn where i earlier stayed. So no no to this hotel.

But you arrived early at 8.30 am and some how we could manage to allow it for you so as to avoid your inconvinience. still you gave such a bad review. suggestions are always welcomed sir and we will be glad to serve you again.
