Room built quality is too poor. Cleanliness of the rooms needs to be taken care. Inner conditions of pillows are worst. Rooms too much small. Aminities available for breakfast are less

I had visited pratapgarh for business trip and stayed in the hotel for one night. It is a budget hotel so do not expect more. The room was decent, ac and geyser was working, good lighting and bed is clean the best part is attached restaurant where food is of great quality and reasonable price. The complementary breakfast has limited menu

Poor infrastructure and food not clean

They add extra item in bill so check bill and pay, room was average.

Condition of room was very bad. Dirty bed sheets changed 3 times to start, AC call twice on reception food was also very spicy. For breakfast service a said will provide in 10 min and come after 30 min after reminders. Overall very bad experience.

Sold my confirmed room to another customer for few more bugs.

Food is good and room temperature cool and room service best.
Room is clean and big room but no complimentary water bottles hotel location best.

Looking to destination the hotel seems reasonable as no big brand present in the city, however they can improve in many things like their services, cleanliness and food though the reception staff is very polite and humble. Overall average stay as there was no option available in Pratapgarh.

Roommate was good & clean. Loaction & parking facilities is also good. But no menu card available into room. They are charging unauthorised service charges on every order, even the restaurant is available in there own premises & they are owner of the same. Still they are charging very high service charges on every order. I suggest that, please don't order anything into room in this hotel .. & Please don't trust on photos. Because photos & rooms are very different ..
