Review Of Hotel Buddha Residency

Even though we have booked rooms through your portal and made payments, hotel first denied our booking and asked us to contact customer care of make my trip. Then them selves arranged one hotel called nagina palace. Which is not hyginc and poor service. We have faced very akward situation because we reached bodhaya around 10pm and accepted. Senior citizen 84 years was part of our travel-ling group. We never expected from makeytrip

Bath room not clean. Hot water not available after 11am.

Solo stay good for one night, parking space there, pligrim place neat and clean, no dinning area.

A very good Hotel in whole angle

Well stay but hotel owner misbehaved with me for check-out time. Many time spend in hotel but don't like this.

I left after the first night. An awful experience. The hotel filled up with rowdy teenagers who were knocking, even banging on my door all night. I was given a bottle of water that had a resealed cap with dirt under it. The bed was far too hard. A deluxe room it certainly was not. The staff spoke very little English and was not helpful. Never again.

Location good, nearer to many places to visit, Bhodhagaya temple, AC is working, airport or railway station are about 13 K.M. Auto rickshaw battery operated is available. Reception and manager - is helpful, assists in getting taxi and arranging food from outside, guides where to go. Food not available. Hospitality was good, tariff reasonable. Assistance was excellent. Locality was good.
