I travel-led to ballia for some personal work and my stayed at the ballians was awesome. Food was good and the hotel was exceptionally clean, room was no less than a five star hotel room. Would suggest other travellers who are travel-ling to ballia should stay at the ballians.

Hotel staff so lazy we are calling for anything there responds not good

This hotel is extremely overpriced hotel and above all the hotel management is least bothered about any kind of hospitality. They didn't switch on their generator and power was cut and left all of us without power for very long time and after multiple requests they started generator. They don't even provide water bottle before 08:00am, even if you feel thirsty.

One of my favorite places to stay. Stay is very comfortable. Staff behaviour is excellent.

Whenever i go and visit my wife, we spend all our weekends here. Excellent place and best of class stay, we have even celebrated anniversaries there. The management is great as well as hotel staff. Location is phephna so it's on the highway from lucknow to ballia, room service is great. Breakfast menu can be made better. Prompt service.

Well appointed hotel on the main road and it takes 20 minutes to reach Ballia. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Hotel had 24 hour security personnel and a well behaved very attentive staff. Since my native village chitbaragaon is just 15 minutes away whenever I visit my village would definitely stay there and recommend it to my friends and family.

Out of stay of 4 nights we faced electricity problem on 2 nights. There was some issues of negligence on management part. Apart from that it's a wonderful property for the likes of small town Ballia. Double thumbs up for the property owner.

Overpriced Hotel, housekeeping was not good, toilet not cleaned properly. They invented lots of money but couldn't invest in folding bed for in case of extra bed in triple occupancy.

Good Hotel but need improvement on service parameters.

Good ambience, clean and good staff and service. Only thing is it's a bit away from the city.
