    Hotel has decent exteriors with amole parking space, but the room, they were terrible..not just dirty but were stinking..cockroaches all around with lizards on the wall..it was difficult to put fingers on any surface..and washroom, the least i write the better it will be..food was decent though..but can not recommend this property just for the food bcz the overall experience was not just bad

    Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

    I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was too appalling to stay silent. This hotel is a complete rip-off. The price they charge is outrageous for what you actually get. The room was small, poorly maintained, and reeked of neglect. The bathroom was filthy, with broken fixtures and grime in places I don’t even want to describe. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks – stained, crumpled, and definitely not clean. If you’re thinking the food might redeem things – don’t bother. The food was downright terrible: tasteless, cold, and borderline inedible. Hygiene standards were clearly an afterthought. There’s absolutely no justification for what they charge. I've stayed in budget accommodations with far better service, hygiene, and amenities. This place doesn't even meet basic standards of decency, let alone hospitality. Do yourself a favor – stay far away. This was, hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

    Average with Huge scope of Improvement

    Though hotel as has ample parking space and is at a good location, maintenance is a sad part. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Bathrooms need renovation. We had to change our room which was given upon arrival. Sofa was dirty and full of dust, bathroom had gutkha spitting marks. Mosquitoes was another problem. Food was good though. Staff was coordial too. They changed our room immediately which was better than previous one.

    Jalasa Retreat is a real Retreat. Very well decor in the roims, ultra clean bathrooms and amenities provided in the room makes your stay really lavish n luxurious. Value for the money The staff is courteous and humble ready to serve you to exceed your expectations. Only issue is Neelbad area is still growing and little away from city hustle n bustle. If you have your own vehicle, staying here is really enjoyable. I would rate this property to be a super duper for its charge.

    Not like a real 3 star hotel Washrooms are very small and basic. rooms are like a basic lodge. Linen was not that clean either and room was smelly. Service was great though.

    The hotel is conveniently located in Ratlam just before the entrance to NE4. Stayed there with my family on my way to Delhi from Pune. Safe for family, especially for an overnight stay with kids.

    Facilities which is mentioned not available..and bedsheet and bathroom is so dirty...hotel staff force to check out in the early morning at 7-8 o clock because of next booking...food and some staff was good but hotel is so dirty and suffocated. hotel location was good. but room, badsheet and bathroom is so dirty..having hairs on everywhere in bedsheet.tv was not working, staff forcing to check out in early morning.food and some staff is good .but overall experience was 😞...not value for money

    Disappointing

    We had taken a quantral room (for 3 people. Room no. 355 for 2n / 3d. 1) room was not cleaned, there was glitter in the room. 2) they did not tea coffee kettle, when we asked, someone came and gave us only the kettle, no tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. Pouches were given. 3) the bathroom gutters were choking. 4) on the last day the water from the bathroom was coming into the room. 5) only one water bottle was provided in a room occupied by 3 people. 6) alcart breakfast had very little options.

    Not up to usual hotel standards

    Location is excellent. Right on the highway which - since we were driving - made a lot of sense. However service left a bit to be desired. It took a number of calls to get two glasses for drinking water. Also this morning, breakfast was supposed to be laid out at 7;30 am. However even by 7:50 there was no sign of it. So had a delayed departure and left without breakfast
