Review Of Hotel Balaji

The hotel was nice and clean,but rooms little small. The hotel was little bit distant from main temple. Staff was cooperative.

Nice hotel.Add on AC was provided at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and cooperative. I would like to visit the balaji hotel again.

It is not a hotel but a small lodge with small rooms.No fooding and not even tea is available.Not worth the price charged.

Neat and tidy hotel near the temple. Everything is almost near to this hotel. All the staff members were polite and helpful.

Terrible. I had requested an early checking by informing them a day prior my arrival and the manager agreed but, when i reached i was not given a room saying rooms are full. Then i had to manage going to the washroom in room occupied by someone else. I requested to get me a room once i am back from teertha snaan. When i was back i was handed over a room which wasn't clean as there was no house keeping staff. Dirty room and bathroom too. I had to manage a bath and change in this dirty room due to no other option. Once back from darshan i was told my room was clean but it was still dirty and washroom was still not clean. Very substandard room. I was not given the room that i booked. Saying i was alone. I had horrible time. No food no refreshments were available. Total waste of money. Very bad quality room for the amount i paid. Abt 4800. Total loot!

There were no-one to recieve us. Once we called the owner arrived. I understand that the property is new but they need to add some staffs. Secondly there was no soap or towel provided water was provided upon asking.

In this hotel every thing is very good, rooms are good, staff (ranjit) behaviour like friendly but only one negative point is there is no ac when i stay
