Food was good and at reasonable price but there was no wifi, no hot water, and even room wasn't clean as expected

It was an average hotel with average facilities ac were not working properly, after informing the management the problem didn't rectified. Exhaust fan in the washroom was missing.

Hotel location is really good and approachable, staff is courteous and available day and night, great security and good food. Cleanliness is already good but need to call again and again for same thing. Room service needs improvement

Average Hotel but as a small place like Harda it's good.

I stayed with my family at the Hotel. The Hotel is fairly clean and the staff is well behaved. Even the service is good. The only issue is the bad water quality, which we don't expect from a place so near to Narmada River. Otherwise, place is ok and value for money.

Everything was fine but Documontes demands a lot. But whatever was a good experience. The Hotel is also good and staff is also good and room service is fantastic.
