its good for stay. staff behaviour also very nice and friendly. Amenities not available as given in description. Resturent and food not available in the hotel premises only tea and biscuits available. All over Good 😊.... Budget Friendly.

The location is prompt on the map, but there is no parking facility and no wifi with old rooms and old linen, the western toilet dosent have a jet spray. The staff were very polite and good and even helped in parking infront of the hotel on the road. I hope the prices go down after the maha kumbh and become apt to their services.

Ac tv not working shower not working bed not clean water bottle chargeable

Cleanliness is not properly maintained, blankets and pillow covers were not clean. Amenities that are listed are not provided properly like tv, kettle were not working.

It was very hygienic and clearness room. Staffs were very professional.

Good location and affordable stay.

The room was damp and was lacking ventilation. The spray helps for a half hour, but then the smell is back. And 500 rp for switching on the ac is a very high price.

I was misinformed about the parking in the hotel. It doesn't have one. Their staff is terrible. Ill mannered and say things like this is not your hometown, this is mirzapur/banaras. I have stayed in 1000s of hotels and no one has ever spoken to me like this ever. This hotel had nothing as mentioned on the mm t description, not even hot water.

Charged extra rs. 300- from us after paying rs. 1000- to mmt. Nothing prompt, pleasant.

Near to police chowki, station and roadways bus stand are under 2 kms. The room is neat and clean while the beddings were not upto mark. No room service except for packaged drinking water. No wifi connectivity and air-tel and jio internet strength is poor in the room

Very bad misbehavior, nonsense talk from the owner. Also, what the displays photo double bed with single bed in 3 occupancies and didn't provide that time. Even though offering for extra mattress instead of a bed.

The hotel owner demanded extra cash knowing that we had no options and it was after midnight finally MMT intervened and paid me extra cash that was paid. Rooms are also very small compared to the prices charged.

The management took money for early check-in but didn't give receipt for that. And they even charged for double room even if a guest came for 2 hours to meet me. No etiquette's and even food was too expensive as compared to outside restaurants which are at walking distance.

Room was clean, staff behavior good, affordable price.

The staff is pretty helpful and the stay was great. It has good connectivity with the prime locations of town, amenities provided were as promised.

Very bad experience and behave of staff was very rude as well as manager also.
