Very poor service, room is smelling badly, bathroom not cleaned. Food quality also not up to the liking. Not recommended.

Everything is bad and spoil, room is also dirty.

The Hotel is in a great location. It's inside the town, but away from the crowd. The management, staffs and the attendants are nice folks and genuinely helpfull. The restaurant and the food seved there is fine. They lag a little on the Swachchhata front. I believe it will improve after the renovation work preasently under way is over. Hotel Ambika Heavens on the right way for improvement. Nice time for guests in near future. Locationally it's great. Inside the town but away from the crowd. The Room shown in the site is completely different the actual room is so unlikely, dirty and seriously worst experience to stay in Koraput. The staff were good. The food was excellent but the room was horrible . I was disappointed Make my trip. Seriously never expected such a stay. Although I stayed for a night, it was shocking for me to find the room which was completely different. The plug points were 3 in no. Out of which 1 was not working and 2 were fixed off any desk or table to put the charger on. The AC was working properly. Again speaking the staff were co operative. But the room is horrible.
