The hotel stay was excellent... location is such that you cannot possibly miss it. Hotel was a bit dirty on the outside, but inside the room was quite satisfactory. The food was also good. Staffs were very good and accommodating.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and the modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, added to the convenience. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of fresh options, and the on-site dining was excellent. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. However, the noise from the street was slightly disruptive at night. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers!

Worst ever experience. Unhygienic to the core. Rooms are not cleaned for years it looks like. Beddings are all used ones. Black spots on linens and bed cover and pillow covers. No scanners in the hotel. Your documents are all clicked in their mobile by mobile camera and all stored in their mobile. This is very very dangerous. Room phones are not working so you can't call room service. Never to visit again in this hotel

Location is very good, food was not up to the mark, very poor service, nobody receive phone at reception everytime have to approach the reception and find receptionist for any query. Water supply in the toilet was pathetic, no staff bothered to no the motor for water supply in the morning. It was worst than any cheap lodge.

All non professional staff, ac was running on full speed remote was not working, even hotel was vacant still they didn't change our room. No proper water supply in the bathroom. Very much unprofessional people.

The mount embassy hotel i had chosen as that was a assured one but: 1)they was not having the shower gel but once asked they poured the bottle with one open market refilling and that caused allergies to my skin 2)their behaviour was very rude and slangs 3)room was not clean 4)intercom were not working 5)tv we’re not working

Poor Stay
Sadly, I cannot say that this hotel is value for money… We stayed one night, as we drove from Kolkata to Siliguri and needed a place to stay in between. The reception didn’t greet us and only said “passport” when we checked in. The room looked clean, but when we left we found out the dirt of the guests before us was swept under the bed…The AC didn’t work properly. The sheets had holes from cigarettes. The food was good, and the people who managed the restaurant were very sweet. We were fine to stay for a night, but I expected more for this price point at this location…
