This hotel is situated in the centre place, service is very good and staff are cooperative too. Hotel room is also very lucrative and well maintained. Not only room but out side areas are net and clean with good green environment.Me and my family enjoy the trip.thanks.

I took the royal room it was Very good. Pleasant stay. Room was big and clean. Staff was nice and supportive. They took care of my stay very well.

Dont judge this place by how it looks from outside. this hotel is absolutely amazing at such a price. It is beautifully made and interior is completely english style with modern appliances that gives it elegant touch. staffs are very nice and nobody is in a hurry. the complete ambience is peaceful. Most importantly, they allow swiggy and ither food app delivery here directly to your room which oyo wont allow. cab and auto can enter the hotel main gate. Its location gives you access to BHU, a nearby V2 mall in case you wNt anything urgent, all the convenience store, chai shops, pahalwan lassi and beautiful Roma's cafe.

Property location is good Overall, the property was great — clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything about the hotel itself was fine. However, the check-in experience was not smooth. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. We had to wait for a while before a staff member finally showed up. It would have been better if someone was available at the front desk to assist right away. Aside from that, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

I really love this hotel. Staffs are good in behavior, for cleanliness I'll rate it 100/100. But it doesn't have lift. Otherwise everything is upto the mark. Also the rate is not so hight.

Staff unavailability, non supportive staff. I asked them to provide something which they rejected. Morning breakfast they provided from outside.

This place is at a good location and rooms are clean. Also they have proper space for car parking. Ravidas ghat is at walking distance.

2- bad and poorly managed. The bathroom geyser knob has been constantly leaking from last evening. There is not even a spoon to stir the tea or coffee in the room. Yes the room is fancy with remote controlled functions, but that is the only good thing.

Hotel was very neat and clean nature of staff was courteous and jolly after all hotel is near by all holy places i enjoyed very much

The rooms were nice and clean ...the only good thing in an otherwise disappointing stay. The hotel is basically an old lodge transformed into a hotel. The parking area / facade of hotel is poorly maintained with sewer water all over the floor ..there is no in house restaurant/ room service which is usually available with hotels charging similiar or even lesser amount.And most important the staff is unaware of their own hotel premises . we had booked hotel for two days and on second day when we went out of hotel to explore the city we got multiple calls from hotel that they have mistakenly allocated royal rooms to us and asking us to change the room ( no complaints on changing the room as regular room was much better equipped ) .But staff should know what room they are allocating to someone and not bother them multiple times for their mistake...
