Room was just okay for superior executive room. No cleaninness. So many cockroaches in the room/on the bed.

clean room , big and supportive staff.food is also good.locate ...,........

not happy with service ..... it can be more better. they given us room which was not well maintain, some time switch us not working or don't how to convey customer

tv was not in working condition. light goes occasionally. doormat was not available at bed. although a plastic doormat was available at toilet which was not good.

food is not tasty as well as the kitchen of the hotel is verry unhygienic. room was not clean properly. gyser is not working. comode shower is not working properly. door lock is not working properly. only plus point is that room is 3 bedded and spacious. location is near to charbag station.

Ghatiya quality me ye A Grade ka hai..... Photo me room acha dikhate hai paisa bhi isi according lete h.... Pahuchne par Room photo se ekdm different and ghatiya upar se parking ki vyavastha nahi hai call PE hami bhar lenge ki parking hai... Parking k liye bolo toh kahte h apne risk par kahi bhi khada kar dijiye....

The room was good, met the expectation. Just one day there was a power cut so no AC till midnight. Food was okayish, after giving proper guidance.
