Review Of HOTEL ADITYA INN

I had booked the suite room expecting premium comfort and service, but unfortunately, the room service and maintenance were not up to the mark. The overall cleanliness and upkeep didn’t match the standards one would expect from a suite booking. The staff were polite, but the response to service requests was slow and inconsistent. With better maintenance and attention to guest comfort, this place could truly live up to its potential.

The behaviour of the staff was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the property itself was decent, the staff ruined my stay. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Basic requests were either ignored or met with attitude, and check-in took far longer than necessary. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and when I raised concerns, they were dismissed without apology. Overall, it felt like customer service was not a priority here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely not worth the money.

Hotel room is too old, too shaby, no cleaniless what so ever, room was on 3r floor, 2 big windows was broken its a safety concern. They have covered those windows with cupboard. Furtniture was dusty. There is only 1 channel was on tv. Wifi password was not given. This hotel charged me 5k for a night but this hotel should charge more than 800 per night considering the city and condition of the hotel

Neat and clean hotel. Staff very polite. Food is served in rooms. However, tea maker may be provided in the room fir convenience of customers.

They do not give you any complimentary things like water charges are very high

Hotel room was not clean at all and full of mosquitos. When we saw room is full of mosquitos we requested to change room but another one had same problem.

The service was pathetic. The service that they are providing is in no way justifying the tariff they are charging. Room we stayed in had issues in washroom, room was not getting locked properly. The service personals were rude. They have centralised water heater which i dont know when they switch on, we had to use the cold water for bathing all the time. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

They will always charge you extra like i have ordered boiled egg and price in menu 30 rs but they charged me 50 rs & no complementary water for first time also

Room service not done, hotel owner was not professional as i expected, hotel room not good as they charged.

The staying in the hotel was pleasant. The people of the hotel were helpful. They provided good service. The hotel was clean. Provided hot water and room heater also

Hotel staff behaviour is rude, specially reception. Late delivery of nay order food is not good hygiene of the hotel is terrible so expensive
