Overall our experience was average. Condition of the room was OK. There needs to be quite a bit of follow up for cleaning the rooms, bathroom, changing towels, toiletries etc. Staff was well behaved.

Hotel need maintenance, taps leaking furniture is falling apart and mirrors are stained 😔

Simply ok. Cleanliness is an issue and can be improved. Staff behavior is good. As far as safety is concerned it is fully safe. Your issues will be handled carefully. Check in check out process is also amicable.

Good location for Hospital patients. It is walking distance. Food also good and has lot of variety. Autos and Bus service is available in front of hotel entrance.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room. When I entered, I saw more than 15 cockroaches, and there was no water bottle.

I had such a bad experience ever. Very badly maintained .. was bitten by bed bugs all over after paying that much

Property of hotel is old and very poorly maintained. Flush of comod could not been repaired by hotel after lots of complaints. Room service was worst. Location of hotel is very good.
