Review Of Hotel A R Excellency

Rooms are serviceable so they inform us to change three rooms.Door not locking properly,hot water not coming,staff not helpful.

The room was clean and decent. The staff were quite polite and helpful too. But the location was far away from the city. We ordered Chinese cuisine at the restaurant and didn't like it, maybe their other stuff is nicer. Overall a very decent experience though.

the staffs were friendly and the place is best for family stay. the hotel was clean and also secured. the hotel is 5 km away from railway station and rapido is available.

I have booked for my parents who were there for some treatment, they get early check-in, and the whole staff is very supportive. they were happy happy from the hotel staff and hotel. Location is very good, near the main market. Thankyou A R excellency

Place is good and hygiene and comfortable for stay. I am recommended their food (partha with achar - Achar is so test )

Receptionist behave very gently other staff is average. have req to restaurant on call that kindly add one bowl more raita only and he agreed on call but not served.

Rooms were not maintained and wall papers were sticking out and very badly maintained. Ambience was bad and overall not very good

Hotel location is good. Have auto available readily. Staff are co-operative but drinking water bottles is extra pay. The restaurant onsite is good, i had lunch & pizza was really good.

Service was good. Cleanliness could be improved. Food was good. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hostel is situated 5. 6 km from jodhpur railway station. The food, amenities and services were great.

Very familer person manager and room service staff good room service also resturent food is very delicious.

Only manager was good and polite rest all thing was ok ok. Major problem is service. If you order something then it will take more then half an hour. Even they not kept towels as per occupancy in the bathroom so in morning i asked to provide it and after half an person came with only 1 towel and we were 3 person. Only positive side was manager who tried improve service and very polite and supportive but i think staff is not doing their work properly.

No facilities in room, jo available ho v ah dete hai worst feeling, poor quality in service

They provide good facility but residency room was too small to stay three persons to stay there how ever location is good and staff are cooperative to stay and other facilities breakfast also very good

Never faced such terrible experiences. No basic amenities, worst services, no water and no handwash in bathroom.

Rooms are good, clean, spacious, all facilities available. Toilet also clean, just needs more space.

I had stayed at hotel ar excellency for one day. The rooms and washroom was clean but few places in room water seepage sign was there which was covered by paper with tape. The ac was making lot of noise at night with temperature set below 24. Morning breakfast was amazing with paratha, dosa, poha and coffee. Overall it was good experience except that water seepage, ac and covered paper for wall in the room

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 day. Excellent service and good family hotel to stay in jodhpur.

Hotel is good, staff is also polite but services are poor, i stayed there only for one night but still feel there is lot of scope to improve in services.
