in haridwar hotel service was good but he was not guiding us for travler tampu as we need ... in joshimath it was good and excellent hotel and service

Room and location is really good. They need to work on service and food they provide. As a customer you would surely expect your request to be catered - we asked for non veg food and they said due to rain our logistics got interrupted and when we asked for food menu, we did follow up thrice after that we got menu. We asked for bonfire, extra charge is fine but telling us that all logs are wet and when I called up their office then all wooden logs dry instantly, i mean come on your staff need to have zeal to work and provide service. Tea was good, food they gave was average.

The stay was great. Rahul bharti took excellent care of us. He was very helpful with his suggestions for sight seeing and made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are very nice and the chef is truly out of the world with the local cuisine. Worth visiting again

Thanks himalayan eco lodges team for my lovely stay and making my trip a memorable one if we talk about the location it's outstanding and really beautiful. The surrounding atmosphere, great views of the himalayas and hospitality of the staff made our stay a memorable one. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the room was clean and well attended, with excellent service. Food was really good and great value for money. Service and hospitality was impeccable and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I will certainly recommend this to my family and friends. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good hotel with service

This property has a very nice view of the himalayas but it is not well maintained. There was issue with the geyser in our room and they took 2 days to fix it.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The treatment was excellent. We were offered cuisine as per our requirements. Sachin was just a call away. Location wise it was excellent. Joshimath and auli both were accessible in 15 mnts drive.

Property location is good but it should be better if on more hight food are average hygiene are average safety is poor

Our stay at himalayan high auli was very comfortable. Despite the chilly weather outside, we never had to complain once about not getting hot water in the bathroom or low availability of blankets inside the room. The food, especially the breakfast, was homely and we always received the hot and fresh breakfast. The staff was amazing and always helpful, especially the property manager, mr. Ashish. Overall it was a great experience and wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

High tarrif, room & food poor. There is no dressing table, no television in the rooms. Hot water supply is very disturbed. Food is not satisfying.

The stay experience was great. The staff was wonderful, they were polite kind, guided us with information about places we can go. The food was amazing. We had a bonfire in front of our room. The food felt like home food with great taste. Anything special you would like to be cooked for you. You can inform ashish about the same one day prior or early in the morning the same will be reasy for you
