Terrible Stay

it's not hotel but marriage hall kind of thing and when I went there at 4 PM, the guy who was cleaning toilet inside the room welcomed us , can you imagine how terrible feeling, on top of it, the room at 4PM was also not ready, all dirt everywhere and all the rooms were empty and all garbages. I felt I should not check in in such horrible place, by agent Chethan and even called multiple times to update the case. The owner simply denied the refund giving all nonsense excuses and I have again escalated and waiting for response. NEVER EVER BOOK THIZ TERRIBLE PLACE WHERE OWNER LEAST BOTHERED...

We had exceptionally high occupancy the night before, and your room was being thoroughly sanitized to our standards. We regret that it wasn't immediately ready. Regarding your points: Property: We operate on a full hotel license with proper GST registration. While located within a marriage hall premises, our rooms are maintained at 3-star hotel standards, and we staff a 24-hour reception. Refund: We completely understood your decision not to check in. Contrary to your claim, your case was approved and a full refund for your booking was processed immediately following the cancellation. We regret that this experience led to your cancellation.
