Terrible Stay
It was a very bad experience while stay at hotel happy place, porbondar.

Poor Stay
This property cannot be recognised as a hotel. A residential property has been converted to a hotel no room service no tea-breakfast no meal tv is in non-working condition. I could not even cancel the booking due to the technical glitch in make my trip application. Overall a bad experience.

I think happy palace is an unhygienic place on the main gate there is a lot of dirt, last think I would like to say the room was too small 😔

Over all experience was nice
Location is nice and staff behaviour is also welcoming. Hotel ambi and cleanliness is also good. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

No cleaning in room. Bed sheet not changed and no proper response from hotel staf. Even lift was not working. Bathroom unclean

Was on business trip
They had cleaned the room in next 2 HRS with check-in, they asked extra money even after the MMT price. Not recommended to go.

Felt like a home stay

Location, room and restaurant
Very specious and clean room, supportive staff, good restaurant on site. WiFi was up to mark. Very satisfied at this price, value for money.

Very bad
The location of the hotel was not so good. Poor facilities. Washroom was dirty. Some issues with water supply in the washroom. Water was not coming properly. Proper lighting was also not there in the rooms. Only staff was good.
