Review Of GREEN VILLAGE RESORT

Thanks to make my trip firstly .Hotel was nice premises was too good.Management,stay,kitchen,cleanliness,room service each and every thing was great,

Swimming pool was too much dirty

It was a pathetic stay at the resort. We got the room at 3.30pm when the actual check in timing was 11.30. Room Wiring was loose and the paint was peeling off from the wall. Very unhygienic. Also the used and garbage was kept infront of the room.

Our stay was very nice experience. Huge property but well maintained. Food was okay. Staff was cooperative

When we reached hotel, there behaviour was not good.. they was not even looking at me.. after waiting for few minutes i talked to them about booking and completed formality by standing next to there desk, they handover the key and they done there work… after that they not even bothered to ask what we want or we are there or not, not provided anything except room like towel, soap nothing, swimming pool was dirty as pond water, no one came to us till checkout , terrible service

AC was not working, Mattress with spring not acceptable at all, Security issues, should not Tie-up with this type of property because I booked this property just because Horrible experience. This guest house of nightmare and very unhinged and not safe for the family . *Resort in Very jungle area with no safety for family * All AC are in not working and no GAS in AC as confirmed by staff * ⁠All mattresses are very old and spring is coming out of mattress, you can sleep on that or else u can face back pain issue * ⁠Swining pool is in very bad condition , water is in not recyclable you may get skin issue * ⁠Reception staff is very irresponsible and same instuct by owner to them Please check the photos

The bed was not good, there was no room service and breakfast is not up to the mark

Not clean properly, bed is also not comfortable i booked 2 room's in one room all accessories are there like brush colgate and second room nothing is there.

Reception informed us no room service available, breakfast was paid by us, bed condition was not good, towels was not enough with them, even though we have booked for 6 adults + 3 kids they treat us as 6 adults booking only. No water bottles in room

Our stay at d green village resort is delightful experience, the resort is nestled in a senene location spacious clean room, good food, well maintained property, good amenities are top points of this property.

Property was in lap of nature, food was very good and hygienic. Value for money. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Property was well maintained.

Lack of cleanliness, no room service, restaurant far from cottage. At least room service should be there, location and environment was awesome

Overall good. Resort is good for family and group stay. Did not have any meal at restaurant hence not commenting on restaurant “Bramhand”

The hotel was very good. Room was specious, cleanliness was very good, very good lighting in the room. Washroom need more work. Food served in the hotel was just like home and reasonable. Overall very good experience

The resort was good and clean however the restaurant was too far from the rooms also the bed was not date good quality. When stepped in the bed i got the spring touched my knees. Can not share images from the bed as the spring was inside the bed. Food is good

Very good property and rooms .Food is tasty and staff is helpful . Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working and restaurant is far away from rooms with no room service .It would have been helpful if restaurant is near to the rooms

It is good for people travel-ling via their own car but for the one who travels via train then needs to search for autorickshaws. Also, there is no room service which is a big drawback. The swimming pool is good but can do better with daily cleaning. The brahmand veg resto within the resort serves excellent food! there was a filter water tank for drinking but it was not operational so we had to buy a water bottle every time walking to the resto from the resort room. Overall good.

Location is great and very peaceful food was overall good only issues with bed mattress they are not comfortable and yes washroom. Shower was not workinh

The location is good, but not even drinking water bottles were provided in the room. There are no proper lights on the road from reception to the rooms and the road is in a pathetic state. The beds sink too much. Also, my car got damaged as the road to the room is too narrow and the garden alongside the road has a trench and while reversing the cars number hit the trench. The staff was very helpful, though. Also, the food at bramhanda is fantastic and the restaurant staff is great. The problem is they are not allowed to serve inside rooms, so even for morning tea, one has to walk. A km away, or take out the car to pick up a parcel. Also, senior citizens found climbing the stair to the rooms a bit difficult, one more step at the start can be added. But, don't think that the town has a better stays than this, so will still suggest this hotel for its car parking facility, good food and fantastic location etc. But if they improve the road and a bit of infrastructure and beds plus allow room service, the stay can be even better and plesant.
