Booking was moved to another hotel, one hour prior to check-in.

Didn't acknowledge the confirmation of my booking, force me to find another random hotel immediately upon my arrival, causing massive disruption to my travel plans and budget.

The stay was nice the person was nice as well. In short a good stay at a very affordable price. Loved it

The property is 2-minutes away from the bier bus stop. All amenities are available. The food is good & the conduct of the staff is good too.

The room was clean and staff is polite. Food is average (barring lemon tea that was good) but the worst is the unpleasant smell that is 24*7 present in the washroom and at times at gallery

Pricing of this hotel was close to perfect and the service was also decent. Nothing else

Stay was good and comfortable. We loved the hospitality. Only thing is to add the colours to the room and a pair more of slippers.

No inverter connection was there in my room. No hot water in washroom. Room was close facing towards volvo bus stand so. Noise was there

Kushal was really helpful through out our stay helping us organize our sightseeing and activities. The hotel chef was also great who happily prepared food as per our preference. The rooms were clean with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Its possible to watch the sunrise as well from the balcony the hotel has an amazing rooftop from which you can see almost the whole of bir. Perfect place to enjoy the sunset, mountains and paragliders. All the below photos are taken from their rooftop. The food of this hotel is also really good. Indian food and chines e food is really nice. Breakfast was also really good. The location is right next to bus stop which is really convenient. The hotel is situated right next to the main market. We were really happy overall with our stay here and will stay here again if we go back to bir.

The hotel was easy to locate because it was near bus stop. Room was clean and tidy. Washroom was good and hygienic. Staff was good and friendly.

It was couple stay, room was good, location was very convenient, hotel services and staff behavior was very good. It was value for money stay. I would like to recommend.
