I reached hotel with my family, late evening around 6:30 PM after long drive from Delhi. It was chilly cold. Parking for vehicle was available. But this hotel is under construction and approach road to this hotel very bumpy as all stones, dust and construction materials are scattered around. This fact was not revealedRoom Heater not provided. No Wi-Fi connection. TV provided with no connection to any channel. Even free channels provided by Government, not provided. Wash room not clean. Hotel staff at reception informed that cleaner will come next morning. We left around 8:30 am in morning without breakfast ( that was part of our package) as it was not ready. We booked this property after comparing it from lot of similar properties, but it's not value for money.

Worst hotel (not sure who called this place a hotel) ever came across ! place you can ever stay therefore must avoid. Booked four rooms separately but so called manager wanted us to use three rooms because they were overbooked “! no heater, no hot water, pathetic rooms list goes on!

Very dirty property not for family stay we will never suggest any body for booking through mm t, misbehaving with the family.

The property is very ugly, dirty and not maintained properly. At an altitude of 3133m above ms l where the temperature wad minus 1 degree, no provisions of room heater was there in the room the blankets and bed spreads were dirty and not cleaned properly. The blanket provided will certainly not withstand the biting cold. Moreover the person took extra rs. 2000 for an additional bed the most horrible experience. I would not recommend this property further i stayed only for a. Day though i booked for 2. Days make my trip should arrange for a refund of one days rent.

Rooms are not clean. They provide us only single blanket, geyser is not working. Not recommended for anyone.

Room was big, enough bedding but was not according to the weather. The temperature was 0 degrees but no heater, quilts were not warm. Room service was good.

The rooms are very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Not able to find the property on maps. The staff is not accommodating any requests.

The hotel manager is very rude and arrogant. He doesn't have basic social etiquette to talk to people. After a long journey, one deserves a proper resting area and this hotel (more like a dharamshala) is unable to provide it. The entire hotel is smelly due to lack of proper sanitation. There is a geyser in the room which doesn't work and the manager always blames it on the poor electricity supply which is not at all correct as his room has no such issue. Other hotel staff are good and understanding but that so-called manager is horrendous. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. My worst experience ever.

In -4° temperature only one quilt provided , electricity facility is poor. When we ask for extra quilt it was not provided by the staff. And the funny thing is hotel staff are using double quilt.

Hotel owner misbehave with widow senior citizen and not provide the banquet in night and rude behaviour

Very worst hotel. No room service, not clean room. In midnight they switch off the electricity connection of room.

The service was poor and nobody was responding to the queries. The staff was not supporting and they were confusing the driver where to park the car. Not worth staying. .

The rooms were not cleaned properly. We had to wipe the bath clean. Gaeser was out of order.

Horrible, dirty, no tv, geyser not working, toilet stinking, charged rs 500 per day extra for room heater which also did not work due to power one phase not coming. Behavior of manager very bad.

Very close to the temple. Cosy stay. Ample blankets and warm water available. Sufficient parking space. Plenty food outlets close by. Courteous and helpful staff.

The pictures are misleading. I have booked 2 rooms for my family seeing the pictures of rooms and amenities but when i reached there, the room was dirty, pillow cover to bed covers and everything was dirty. And it seems like no one stays there for more than a year. The very first thing was the smell of the hotel and that awkward smell was there in the rooms also. Overall it was a horrific experience in my life for the first time. After fighting with the manager and owner of the hotel they transferred us to a better hotel of their same branch. One more thing to add, the geyser was not working so you can't even bath and refresh yourself in such a cold place like badrinath. Please never book from this hotel.

Hotel is too bad condition & it's too horrible condition, giser not working, bad sheet & bed condition is too bad, worst condition & smells to bad on room

Geyser was there but was not working tv was there but was not working after asking so many times at late night they provided room heater. Room was full of bad smell there was no wifi washroom mirror was broken

No running water, hot water to is be available for 24hr, as weather of badrinath is cold.
