First of all you changed my hotel booking without informing me. Fab hotel services are very bad. And also food quality and quantity was not upto the mark. This was my last booking with fab hotels. Very much disappointed with your services.

Worst Hotel Ever in Lucknow
This is the Worst Hotel Ever, way of the Receptionist is Worst he Literally don't know how to talk with the Customer. Problem was that - I have Booked my Hotel Room, I have Paid. then I reached there the Allow us to Stay then Next the they called me and they were Saying that We can't see Your Booking, I told them that I don't know why it was not Showing, but don't worry You can Check then they Denied and said that hum aapko aese Jane nahi denge aapko pay karna he padega. After this I said the Booking was not Confirmed then Why You have allowed us to Stay I told them the person who have given Room to us Aap unse baat Karo then he Denied He Said Maine aapko Room nahi Diya h. And Even They Don't have Kitchen In the Hotel we can't order any Food From the Hotel ,This is the Worst Case scenario. Worst Experience Ever 😡

Terrible experience, no drinking water, no electricity, geyser not working, no cleanliness, no breakfast (that was included in meal, bedsheet dirty, towel dirty and torn. Broken switches, no hot water to bath, no toiletries. When requested was told to get from outside. pathetic.

Very bad. Payment full liya her chiz ka. Aur. Room na ek class mila. Room service bhi kuch nh hai. Power bhi bar bar cut ho ja raha. Breakfast bhi nh mila. Booking ke time add tha breakfast

familyRooms are rich. Reasonable in rate. The manager mr. Monu and the officials are on good response. Kitchens available till midnight. Overall very good.
