All the service very good. Staff good. Facility very very good. No problem. Really very good stay home

We booked this home stay coz of its recommendations by bloggers and pleasant looks. Deluxe ac room, which had great views of the city and a huge veranda in front on the third floor but it turned out infested with ants. Upon complaining, the room was cleaned (the lizol bottle was so empty the caretaker was sitting waiting from a drop to fall) in vain. The cockroach was discovered in the bathroom. We had to kill it. Then we saw a caterpillar in the room while we were having dinner. We killed it. Now ants piled up again. It was coming from under the washbasin. On complaining our room was changed to a small one. Still b tr than living in this. We ordered our dinner and wrote the order fr complementary breakfast. Now they changed the order acc to their wish 3 tyms in our 2days stay. I understand if something is unavailable but to not even ask and just serve on the table in the veranda and go away. Unbelievable and who in their right minds serve dinner in veranda with one led bulb? forget about customers u don't serve family or guests like this. M not complaining about lunch or breakfastsince ample sunlight was there to c wat we were eating. Oh yes and the cat joined us next night fr dinner as it's a veranda. We had to run with our plates and serving-bowls n tray to our room. Stay away from this place it's not maintained anymore

So i had booked a one night stay here as i had my flight the next day. The place has nice views while having breakfast. Also check-in experience was smooth. The caretaker helped out alot and was very courteous. In all its a nice stay for a short duration. It has everything that you need from a homestay.
