I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. Very bad experience!
Not worth to stay in this hotel, there many hotel in the city better than this. Ac doesn’t work, only extremely hot water comes in the shower, extremely bad and late service. Throughout the night ac makes weird noises.

Good ex
Easy accessible, good ambience. Food is also good we enjoyed it. But needs to improve customer service. Employees need to be active and need training to handle foreign clients. During billing also staff need to provide full information to avoid any last minute awkward situation.

Poor Stay
Hotel is getting worse on service n amenities. There was no connection in tv. After 3 requests n 2 room visits by technician they carnt activate the tata sky. Room main door was blocked to lock. One has to really pull too hard to close it. Infra is getting poor

A very bad choice indeed
familyLocation was pretty bad. Ac and lights of the main lobby was off at 8pm and when asked the receptionist she says we are saving money. The room was pretty bad and the worst was the breakfast. Not even a 2 star hotel.
