I booked this hotel as a unplanned trip and due to family emergency I canceled it within 30 minutes and submitted all the medical bills. MMT said we will take this request to hotel to cancel this. I contacted hotel and they said, it has been canceled already. MMT said, we need to get a confirmation from Hotel to refund in two days and after three days now they are asking me to review this hotel without even checking. In 2025 AI world, this is how MMT is behaving witb Chstomers. I even contacted hotel property on the same date and they said MMT raised a cancelation request and we agreed to cancel this with refund. MMT is now sharing email states that the hotel is yet to cancel and yet to confirm with refund after 3 days. Dont have any clarity or proper communication here.
