The hotel is at the prime location of Bongaigaon and the property is well maintained. But the bed mattresses are quite old and it's time to replace them. Food and other amenities are good.

To begin with, I must say the ambience of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The express highway view from my room, which was at 5th floor was just amazing. That one reason is enough for me to turn up again at Cygnett. The food was also amazing, and the restaurant staff very courteous. The entrance is also quite cool. I also love the light music inside the lift, and the restaurant too. Finally, the reception desk is well trained, soft spoken and very helpful.

The location of the Hotel is great, easily accessible from the Highway. The facilities are very good. The food was really very good. Yet there are certain subtle things which made me give it a ranking of 4 among 1-5.

The Hotel is an excellent place to stay for leisure and work.

The Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet easily accessible to it. It is well connected through NH 23 and Railway. The Rooms are well furnished. The washrooms are well maintained and hot & cold water is available round the clock. Air conditioner is working properly. Electric kettle is provided for making tea or coffee. The Hotel staff are very polite and courteous and ever willing to help. The food in the in-house restaurant was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. the opportunity, we would like to stay here again. The Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet easily accessible to it. This is probably the most premium hotel in Bongaigaon. Has all the amenities. The rooms are really well maintained and they take good care of hygine which is very important. Food prices should be more reasonable since the portion size is also small. During our stay, on one night, the In Room Dining failed to take iur dinner order as their phone came busy throughout. Even on opting for the call back option, we were not asked for dinner. Apart from that, rest was quiet good I must say. Overall 4/5.

Gem in a middle of nowhere

Very nice and clean hotel located on the main highway. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were super clean (just what we need). Got a nice restaurant and the food was above average. Parking is availabe, a bit outside the hotel compound, but they have valet service for the cars.. Over all a great experience.
