My recent experience at ds residency can only be described as deeply disappointing. From the moment i stepped into the hotel, it was evident that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Upon entering my assigned room, i was greeted by a strong odor of dampness, suggesting poor ventilation and inadequate housekeeping. The floors were dirty, and to my dismay, there seemed to be an infestation of mosquitoes. Despite my efforts to keep them at bay, i spent the night swatting away these unwelcome pests, making it nearly impossible to get any restful sleep. Another major letdown was the breakfast provided by the hotel. The quality of the food served was subpar, with limited options and lackluster taste. It felt like the bare minimum effort had been put into preparing the breakfast buffet, leaving guests like myself feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed. Considering that breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day, this was a significant drawback of my stay at ds residency. Furthermore, the overall experience was marred by the hotel's location. Situated in an inconvenient area with little to offer in terms of nearby attractions or amenities, it felt isolated and disconnected from the rest of the city. This made it difficult to explore and enjoy the surroundings, further adding to my disappointment. In conclusion, my stay at ds residency was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unclean rooms and mosquito-infested environment to the lackluster breakfast and unfavorable location, every aspect of my experience was tainted by disappointment. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel and urge potential guests to seek alternative accommodations for a more enjoyable and comfortable stay

Behavior is not good from the management side as well as i booked my room 3 days from 22 oct' 23 to 25th october 23 but middle of day they rescheduled my room location to another hotel beside this hotel regarding for excess money from third party as i booked my room 3 months ago from my date of journey. I request to make my trip team please do something against this activity because we all depend on you as a traveller

I was not able to do check in. Because owner denied check in due to low price i paid via mmt and mmt team is telling that it was a test. How can you do testing with actual customer and without their knowledge.

Stay was good but for family room pax3, room was very small and bed and sofa quality are not up to the mark.Need to be improved

I thought mmt do checks the hotel before adding into their chain, the hotel was so dirty. Multiple times used bed. Dirty washroom. I saw used pad in dustbin yakk. It was very bad experience with mmt. I am not gonna book anymore from mmt

Good treat from the owner and maintenance was nice but no dining to sit and eat only room service

1. The room was clean. 2. Rajai and pillow was available. 3. Water was available. 4. Bathroom was not so clean especially wash basin. 5. Towel and soap was present. 6. It was easy to reach. The location is near govind sweets on hukulganj road. The owner also guided me.

I had booked for my parents' stay here and was very impressed with how much attention mr. Deepak and wife paid to them. Their stay was great and he arranged for local transport as well. Definitely would stay here again

it was perfect for us, staff was very friendly and helpful. The food service was super fast and taste was good, AC chills the room, Almirah is there, TV works with all the channels, Main gate is locked for the safety at night, easy to Zomato when you want to order late night. 5 kms from Maidagni Chowk and walking distance to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Manikarnika Ghat, Dashashwamedh Ghat and alot of street food, restaurants and shopping stalls. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rated by me and recommended
