Housekeeping in the room is good. Washroom is cleaned appropriately. Dental kit & shower kit is there. Shaving kit was not there, may be on demand they give. Cobwebs found on wall outside the window. Informed reception to clean it. Food is very good. In evening i have ordered dal palak khichdi & lachha paratha & i have served complementary items like curd, papad, onion, lemon & green chilly. Morning breakfast is also good. Many varieties are there in breakfast. Need to upkeep table with all the items like water bottle, enough spoons, paper nepkin. Overall experience is very good. businessGood for me that it is at walking distance from my visiting place. In pithampur this is only good place to stay. Staffs are needed to train for following routine practice of providing washroom kit, immediate clean the table at restaurant, keeping required spoons on each table with paper napkin. I had to ask for all above things on next day morning for freshen up. Buffet lunch is at reasonable price, but a la caarte is too costly. I need small stuff in dinner but when i see prices of a la caarte items than choose for buffet. Food taste is good but using palmolin oil for cooking which is not good for health. Breakfast is having good variety & taste is good. Housekeeping & hygiene is good at hotel, only slight bad smell ground in first floor corridor. Gym facility is good.

: the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plush linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries. The only downside was that the wi-fi connection was spotty at times. I tried the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and the food was good definitely worth the price. Room service was prompt, kindly update restaurant waiters or servers sometimes they don’t know the dish. If they are good at their service customer eat one more dish. I am not saying they are bad just not up to the mark. The housekeeping staff were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests.

The building which we stayed in is excellent but in case of food and service slightly unhappy, when we ordered food it used to take more time to reach us, some of the food items didn't taste good.

I had a good time staying in this hotel, everything seems to be in point. The fooding hands down one of the best, the briyani, upma, chicken noodles. Was so delicious. I gave this a 4 star because the tv and the ac was not working, we called for room service they said they will send somebody for checking but no one showed up, i request the managers to look up on this matter.
