We booked the hotel on brand name Clark’s inn , but the hotel location , facilities are not matched with that brand name . The facilities are worthless compared to brand name .

Poor maintenance, smelly rooms location was not correct , not worth the money

I Have Book Dulex room His Give me tiwns room . Very bad experience . And he said don't allowd unmarried couples . refund my Dulex room money

I was checking in early, almost 6 hours early so i paid about 800rs as early check-in charge which is fair but the problem is the room provided to us had a faulty AC and then changed the room after trouble shooting for 12 hours from my early check-in. Second room was good, AC was awesome but had a weird smell coming out of it. The bathroom was not good, Faulty flush, Very poor water heater, The manual lock of the main door of the room was not working so had to rely on Door noob lock. not worth the price but alas not many options in Bagalkot.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was not clean, had a very unpleasant odor, and both the bed and toilet were in poor condition. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the hotel was subpar.

Stay was good. It had good breakfast options. And place was near to badami where we wanted to visit. Only issue was that a rat was roaming around the food area which was not so good to see. Rest all can be considered to be very good.

Hotel facilities are very average, bathroom is the worst, the water was leaking the whole time. Hygiene wise not good hotel staff i will rate 5 as they were very helpful and very supportive food 4 the restaurant food was good but the utensils are very average, the plates had stains and were disco-loured the lenin of the bed was very dirty and had too many stains on it the hotel does not even provide water bottle the ro water does not seem good

extremely bad. filthy and smelly rooms. no maintenance. food is extremely bad. ask for tea in room at 8am and coffee at 6pm. service was denied. we parked the car at place they told us to. still woke us up at 6am to move car.

"i had a disappointing experience with the food at this hotel. I ordered a boiled egg, and it wasn’t boiled properly. I also tried the egg bhurji, but that too was undercooked. To make it worse, they served something resembling a roasted egg bhurji instead of the usual dish. The food quality definitely needs improvement"

The price was high as per the room condition the hotel is old and there were leakage in the bathroom and the commode was broken.

Pathetic rooms. Was full of termites and bugs. Had to change room but not reprise. The food that was ordered was 0 on 5. The hotel is actually not recommended for the price they charge. Its a below par place and will recommend to anyone.

Poor maintenance. Intercom and exhaust fan not working.

No room boys to carry luggage. Noisy ac. Dirty telephone. No restaurant service. Disadvantageous location to get food. Complimentary breakfast is not certain due to unexpected arrival of outside guests. Unequipped kitchen to meet the sudden load. Tariff unreasonable.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the staff lacked cooperation. The bathroom had multiple problems, including leaking water from the commode and non-functional shower taps. Additionally, I found the rates to be unreasonably high Especially since breakfast was not included. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.

Room was good. But the service was bad. They dont have anything from the menu. They dont even have fruit juices. Receptionist at night was accomodating. But the one at daytime was rude and irritable.

Very ordinary rooms with very high rates. Broken mugs in the bathroom shower mixer not working (rotates 360 degrees)

Facilities were good. No internet and i was told it was temporary outage. But it costed me an important business meeting

Hotel management is not good and hotel inside facilities are not good old chairs and old beds 3000 we paid one day for a very bad experience. Newspaper and tea and coffee also not provided. High cost there is no use in this hotel.
