The property is less than 5 years old, so it's maintained & clean, food quality is average, hospitality is average, Room sizes are not very big with very basic amenities, bathrooms are too small with improper shower & drainage however the only advantage is it's location which is central

Excellent Stay
good behavior of all the members of hotel, tasty meals & I enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and cool. Location is also good, not far from tourist spot. But you will have to walk for 5 minutes to take conveance...

Poor Stay
Every time i ask for water on reception they tell me they provided 1 liter just 3 hours ago. Is this a joke? just 1 liter for 3-4 hours?

familyIt was a sudden plan for a night halt qt bikaner before proceeding to jaisalmer and the stay and food was fantastic

the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
