Poor Stay
I had an extremely average stay at this hotel. The experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the TV was not working at all, which was very disappointing. The room was also very congested, with almost no ventilation, making it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the fan regulator button was broken, so we couldn't adjust the fan speed, which added to the discomfort. The most frustrating part was the checkout timing. On the, it clearly mentioned that the checkout time was 11 AM. However, the staff insisted we vacate the room at 10 AM, which was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is a right in the middle of the bustling kolhapur city with all tourist spots at accessible distances. Owner wasim is helpful, well networked and keen to assist.

Poor Stay
Bed sheets were stained, no cleanliness, could not use the cupboard since it was very dirty, the bathroom had their windows open and instead of the adjust fan they kept the hole open and had to ask the reception guy to close it using a cardboard. Even the glass kept in the room was not cleaned. Tv was not set up and he asked me whether i would use or want it so he can install the setup afterwards
